Afternoon Tea

Why not join us for one of Britain's finest traditions?

Kick off your weekend with a Friday Fish & Fizz package: fish, chips and mushy peas, a bottle of prosecco, a comfy room, and a hearty breakfast at the Guide Post Hotel.

Sudden Death Murder Mysteries Presents Halloween Horrors
If you are one of those people who are sick of trick or treaters knocking on your door, then why not make sure you’re out and come and join us in an evening of Murder, Mystery and Detection, and an overnight stay in a king or twin room.

We can’t boast Derek Acorah, but we do have Count Onmey, who likes to try his hand at a bit of table tipping. His efforts to conjure up a bit of residual energy may be corny, but I’m sure his character will intrigue you even if his psychic powers don’t.

The other characters involved in this haunting tale are the chef, Tessa Leksheit, the maid, Fanny Cheraunt and the obligatory butler, Hue Rang.

Make the most of Yorkshire: two nights at the Guide Post Hotel, afternoon tea, a delicious 2-course dinner with a bottle of wine, breakfast each morning, early check-in, and a leisurely late check-out.
